Instead of encouraging them, educate them. Demonstrate the value of what you’re offering and how it can benefit them. Let them express their concerns or objections, and meet each one with empathy, sincerity and information that will help them make an informed decision. If you can demonstrate measurable results, be sure to share that, too. Make it easy for your customers to say yes.
