F.A.Q.

You May Be Wondering…

Do you offer online courses?

Currently, I don’t offer an online course. However, I’m in the process of developing one for 2020. If you’re interested in learning more, send me an email by clicking here.

Why don’t you have testimonials on your website?

Great question! I work closely with my clients and respect their privacy as well as confidentiality. Fortunately, I get to work with people who love to share that they’ve chosen to work with me. There’s a good chance you’ll hear or see it in the marketplace, but I like to leave that up to them to do the talking. If we decide to work together, I’m happy to share recommendations and testimonials so you feel confident about your decision.

How do I book you for an interview, speaking event, or media feature?

Congrats on what you’ve got coming up! Fill out the form HERE so I can get some more information from you and I’ll get back to you ASAP.

I’m currently building my business and don’t have the budget for private coaching or crisis management. Do you have any suggestions for me?

Yes! Sign up for Gina’s monthly newsletter by taking the Inclusivity IQ Quiz (located HERE and start implementing right away. This is going to help you do two things:

  1. 1. Teach you how to build the right relationships with your clients, colleagues, and community.
  2. 2. Get you on our list where we’ll let you know about other offers we’ve got coming up that may better suit your current budget.

I know what it’s like when you’re starting out. Learn what you can, where you can, and use the revenue you gain from what you implement to invest back in your business and business education. Doesn’t that feel better already?

If I work with you, will I be set up so I don’t have any issues or risks when it comes to Diversity & Inclusion?

Here’s the truth: This is a critical and meaningful topic that is constantly evolving. Isn’t it wonderful that we are looking at the world from a place of how can we create a better, equal, and inclusive world where everyone truly matters? If we’re doing it right, we should never stop learning. That means you’ll most likely see additional opportunities to improve the way you do business. The difference is when we work together, you’ll know how to spot them early on so you can be proactive and effective rather than reacting or responding to a crisis.

Will we unpack my own “stuff” with respect to racism?

Great question! I fully support and admire those who choose to look at their own participation and want to better understand some of the conditioning and decisions that can impact how we show up in the world and interact with others. I also believe there are people who are better qualified and trained as it relates to Social Justice and will gladly make recommendations to the experts I know and work with to help you move forward.

Don’t get me wrong. We’ll talk about personal and unconscious bias, specific behaviors and practices that are impacting the way you do business. However, if you’re looking specifically for a program to focus on your own personal history and participation as it is related to racism, I’ll get you introduced to the right people.
